Senior Manager

• Develop and execute comprehensive supply chain strategies to meet the company's operational and financial objectives.
• Oversee procurement activities, including vendor selection, negotiations, and contract management, to ensure timely and cost-effective sourcing of materials and components.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Production, Sales, Finance, and Quality Assurance, to forecast demand accurately and optimize production schedules.
• Lead the Order Management, establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and logistics partners, ensuring timely deliveries, OTD and adherence to quality standards.
• Negotiate with suppliers for the best possible payment terms.
• Lead Material Planning efforts for both imported and locally sourced materials, ensuring adequate inventory levels to support production and minimize supply chain disruptions.
• Lead the Order Management, establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and logistics partners, ensuring timely deliveries, OTD and adherence to quality standards.

  BE (ECE/EEE) or a related to Bachelors/ masters degree in supply chain management.
• Minimum of 10-15 years of progressively responsible experience in supply chain management, preferably within the Electronics Manufacturing and Services industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex supply chain operations, driving process improvements, and achieving cost savings.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions and implement innovative solutions.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and cultures.
• Proficiency in SAP, as well as advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• In-depth understanding of international logistics, customs regulations, and import/export processes.
• Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing supply chain team,
