Executive - Global Payroll

Location - Mohali

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Liaising with both internal and external stakeholders to manage the monthly Payroll closing globally.

• Ensure timely and accurate data entry, and transactions into systems.

• Manage global payments, passing the payroll Journals with Cost Centre allocations & payroll reporting’s

• Responsible for monthly balance sheet reconciliations.

• Maintaining and updating payroll information and resolving any discrepancies

• Ensuring compliance by following policies and procedures(Social payments, returns filing, taxes etc)

• Managing reporting requirements (statutory & Internal).

• Supporting with an automation project and supporting continuous improvement projects within Payroll.

Key Requirements:

• Graduation or equivalent degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field. • 2-5 Years’ Experience in global payroll accounting.

• Knowledge of payroll in different geographies (APAC, US, EMEA)

• Experience in General Ledger Accounting and broader Accounting responsibilities.

• Good communication skills and can-do approach

• Good Excel & soft skills
