Job Description
- As the IT Support Team Lead at AVASO Technology, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and supporting our IT operations. With 6-8 years of experience in the IT industry, you will lead a team of technical professionals to ensure the delivery of high-quality and reliable IT services to our clients worldwide.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical guidance and day-to-day direction to the IT support team, ensuring service quality and efficiency. Your expertise in Desktop Support, AV/VC technologies, Server Administration, and Networking will be essential in delivering end-to-end support for desktop/laptop environments, audio/visual and video conferencing systems, server-related tasks, and network infrastructure.
Moreover, you will collaborate with other departments and vendors on system upgrades, migrations, and technical projects, while also documenting procedures, network diagrams, and incident reports for knowledge base and compliance purposes. Your strong problem-solving skills and customer service mindset will be key in handling technical escalations and ensuring the smooth operation and security of networking protocols.
