Park - Product Manager

About the Role :
- We are looking for a highly driven and strategic Product Manager to lead the development and execution of innovative products.

- The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining product vision, driving execution, and delivering high-impact solutions aligned with business goals.
- This role requires a strong understanding of customer needs, data-driven decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities :
Product Strategy & Roadmap :

- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
- Identify market opportunities and translate them into scalable product solutions.
- Prioritize features and initiatives based on impact, feasibility, and user needs.
Execution & Delivery :

- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch and iteration.
- Work closely with engineering, design, and business teams to ensure timely delivery.

- Write clear product requirement documents (PRDs) and user stories.
Customer & Market Insights :

- Gather and analyze user feedback, market trends, and competitor insights.
- Conduct user research to identify pain points and improve product experience.
Data & Performance :

- Define success metrics and track product performance using data and analytics.
- Use insights to continuously optimize features and drive growth.
Key Requirements :

- B.Tech is Mandatory

- 3-6 years of experience in product management.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, business).
- Ability to translate business needs into product features.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience in building tech, SaaS, or consumer products.
- Exposure to data analytics tools (SQL, dashboards, etc.).
- Basic understanding of APIs, system design, and product architecture.
