Job Description

Role Overview:
As the Manager - Talent Acquisition - IT Product Development Org, you will be at the forefront of building our world-class engineering and product teams in Bangalore. Your day-to-day will involve partnering closely with hiring managers, understanding their needs, and executing innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent. You will work with a diverse range of stakeholders, from senior leadership to individual contributors, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience. Your efforts will directly impact our ability to deliver cutting-edge products, delight our customers, and drive significant business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to meet the hiring needs of the IT Product Development organization.


- Partner with hiring managers to deeply understand their technical requirements and team dynamics, ensuring a strong alignment between candidate profiles and business objectives.
- Proactively source and engage with passive candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, industry events, and referrals, to build a robust talent pipeline.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial screening to offer negotiation, ensuring a positive and efficient candidate experience.
- Leverage data and analytics to track key recruitment metrics, identify areas for improvement, and optimize the talent acquisition process.
- Champion employer branding initiatives to attract top talent and position the company as a preferred employer in the competitive Bangalore market.
- Mentor and guide junior members of the talent acquisition team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful talent acquisition strategies for IT product development organizations.
- Proven expertise in sourcing and recruiting top technical talent, including software engineers, product managers, and data scientists.
- Strong understanding of the IT product development lifecycle and emerging technologies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
- Ability to analyze recruitment data and identify trends to improve the effectiveness of the talent acquisition process.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Adaptable to a fast-paced, dynamic environment and comfortable working in a hybrid work model based in Bangalore.
- 5 - 8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition with a focus on IT Recruitment.
