Job Title: Associate Manager - Passenger Revenue Accounting (PRA) Application.

About The Role:

- Responsible for managing and supporting finance-related projects, with a focus on airline passenger revenue accounting systems.
- Acts as the single point of contact (SPOC) for finance projects, ensuring process efficiency, data accuracy, compliance, and alignment with overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as SPOC for finance projects and revenue accounting systems.
- Manage end-to-end airline revenue accounting processes.
- Define, analyse, and document process requirements, ensuring timely execution.
- Handle large datasets, prepare reports, and present data for decision-making.
- Troubleshoot and coordinate with stakeholders during version upgrades and new functionality induction.
- Support business users' day-to-day requirements and resolve system issues.
Required skills & Attributes:
- Strong knowledge of airline revenue accounting processes.
- Expertise in big data handling, reporting, and data representation.
- Understanding of GST, VAT, and airline tax regulations.
- Proficiency in advanced Excel, Macros, and BI tools.
- Ability to manage requirements, execute projects, and coordinate across teams.
- Knowledge of Navitaire and SkyLedger (preferred).
- SQL/MySQL query skills (desirable).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Graduate in any discipline (mandatory).
- Postgraduate in Computer Science, Finance, Commerce, or MBA (preferred).
- IATA/UFTTA certification (advantage).
