Manager - Division Compliance - Airline/Aviation

Job Overview
Acting Manager Division Compliance will play a crucial role in ensuring quality, documentation, and adherence to regulatory requirements within the Flight Operations division.
Reporting to the Head Flight Operations Quality & Compliance, the incumbent will assist in maintaining compliance and streamlining processes.
Documentation
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate controlled documentation within Flight Operations, including manuals, DPM, forms, documents, updates and publications, to ensure standardization
- Collaborate with Document Owners to develop user-friendly and effective documentation that meets the highest quality standards, considering human factors principles
- Collaborate with relevant Business Units (BU) to ensure timely preparation for external audits conducted by DGCA, IOSA, and other relevant bodies

Continuous Monitoring
- Monitor compliance and assess the adequacy of procedures based on regulatory, IOSA, and company requirements
- Maintain effective communication and coordination with external bodies such as DGCA and IOSA regarding quality, documentation, and regulatory matters
- Track the change management process within Flight Operations, ensuring smooth implementation of necessary updates
- All other duties as assigned by the reporting manager
