Key Responsibilities:

- Lead large-scale organizational restructuring and HR transformation initiatives to optimize operational efficiency and improve cross-functional collaboration.
- Oversee end-to-end talent acquisition and recruitment frameworks to build a robust pipeline of leadership and technical talent across all business units.- Direct the development of learning and development programs to bridge skill gaps and prepare the workforce for future industry challenges.
Required Skillset:
- Demonstrated expertise in strategic HR planning and organizational design, with a proven track record of managing complex change management projects within large, multi-location enterprises.
- Exceptional ability to influence and negotiate with C-suite stakeholders, using data-driven insights to advocate for human capital investments.
- Advanced proficiency in building scalable HR systems and processes that support rapid business expansion and diverse workforce requirements.- Strong emotional intelligence and communication skills, essential for leading large teams and maintaining a positive, transparent organizational culture.
- A Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field from a premier institute is highly preferred.- Proven adaptability to thrive in high-pressure, fast-paced environments, with the flexibility to manage operations across multiple regional hubs including Ahmedabad, Surat, Bangalore, Pune, Kolkata, and Delhi/NCR.
