Lead talent acquisition for a manufacturing organisation, covering plant, corporate, engineering, operations and leadership hiring.

• Execute strategic sourcing strategies

• Design and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies that support large-scale manufacturing operations to ensure the timely fulfillment of critical technical and leadership roles.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing recruitment team to improve sourcing efficiency, candidate experience, and the quality of hires across multiple plant locations.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to identify workforce planning needs, translating business objectives into actionable hiring plans that address niche skill gaps in the manufacturing landscape.
• Implement data-driven recruitment metrics to track performance, optimize cost-per-hire, and enhance the overall effectiveness of the talent acquisition function.
