Navtech is looking for a Python with ML Engineer to work on cutting edge technologies combined with an ability to be innovative while creating solutions in a team environment.

• Working as a Python with ML Engineer at Navtech, you will: *
• Develop and deploy state-of-the-art machine learning models and algorithms for NLP and computer vision applications.
• Conduct research and stay up to date with the latest advancements in NLP and computer vision to ensure our solutions are cutting-edge.
• 
  Design and implement NLP models and techniques for text generation, information retrieval, sentiment analysis, named entity recognition, topic modelling, and machine translation.
• Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation to ensure high-quality and accurate results.
• Deploy and maintain machine learning models in cloud platforms such as AWS ensuring scalability and reliability.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations, identify bottlenecks, and implement optimization strategies to enhance model efficiency and accuracy.
• Who Are We Looking for Exactly? *
• Proficient in Python with 1+ years of strong programming experience.
• Proficiency in machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
• Analytical & Creative mindset: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyse complex data and derive actionable insights. A solid understanding of statistical analysis and data visualization techniques
• In-depth knowledge of machine learning data structures and modelling, software architecture, libraries and frameworks to create AI that accomplishes outlined goals.
• Strong mathematics skills, especially in statistics, to create algorithms.
