Role Description The Videographer is a full-time, on-site role based in Ludhiana. This role involves planning, shooting, and producing video content that showcases AVTFs products, projects, and brand story across various platforms. Day-to-day tasks include operating cameras and related equipment, setting up lighting, and capturing high-quality footage in studio and on-location settings. The Videographer will collaborate with developers, designers, and marketing team members to translate technical concepts into engaging visual narratives. Responsibilities also include organizing raw footage, collaborating on editing and post-production, and maintaining video equipment to ensure consistent, professional output.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Video Production and Shooting Video for promotional, educational, and product-focused content.
• Proficiency in Camera Operation and handling Camera equipment, including DSLRs, mirrorless cameras, and related gear.
• Practical experience with Lighting setups for indoor and outdoor shoots to ensure clear, visually appealing footage.
• Familiarity with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve) and basic post-production workflows.
• Ability to plan storyboards, shot lists, and visual concepts in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Good communication and collaboration skills, with a willingness to receive and incorporate feedback.
• Relevant education or training in film, media, communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Portfolio demonstrating previous videography work, including examples of product, promotional, or storytelling-focused videos.
