Job Description
- Ensure effective payment collection from individual customers and achieve 100% payment recovery.
- Responsible for monitoring the automated collection system for new rentals, extensions, customer journeys, invoices generation, statement of accounts and Non-Rental Charges.
- Manage outstanding balances of on-hire customers and minimize them proactively to avoid immobilization and forced collection.
- Preparing the invoices and closing the pending final invoice.
- Review daily new customer details in the system and escalate to the CX team if any documents are missing.
- Follow up daily with customers via phone calls, emails, and visits, while updating remarks in the aging report accordingly.
- Managing the system's agreement extension & back-end admin panel for monthly short-term customers.
- Manage refund Masterfile and process customer refunds promptly and accurately.
- Responsible for reconciling the customer's accounts, including receipt creation & allocation through automated & manual processes.
- Responsible for achieving the NPS score and target for customer retention.
- Handling customer queries & complaints positively and concluding with a permanent solution.
- Coordinate with GL Accountant or Accounts Manager to pass any JV's affecting other accounts and customer accounts.
- BS Accountancy degree or graduate in the related field is preferable.
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Comfortable working in a high-volume role.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office/Excel & Good computer skills.
