Job Description
A. Business Partner MIS & Reporting
- Design, build and maintain comprehensive Business Partner MIS covering rent payables, lease obligations, escalation schedules, and revenue sharing arrangements.
- Prepare and publish Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual business partner MIS reports for senior management and business review meetings.
- Monitor lease expiry schedules, renewal milestones, and contractual commitments; proactively flagging risks and opportunities to stakeholders.
- Co-ordinate with the Leasing, Legal, and Operations teams to ensure MIS accuracy and data integrity across all lease contracts.
- Analize rent trends, occupancy costs & trends, and per-unit profitability to support commercial decision-making.
Maintain & keep updated the Lease Terms Repository.

- Identify manual, repetitive finance workflows and lead end-to-end automation initiatives using tools such as Excel Macros / VBA, Power BI, Python, or RPA platforms.
- Develop and maintain interactive Power BI / Excel dashboards for real-time financial KPI monitoring.
- Develop and maintain interactive Power BI / Excel dashboards for cost control & related KPIs.
- Partner with IT and Finance teams to evaluate and implement ERP enhancements or BI tool upgrades
