About the Role

Axiom Technologies is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented US IT Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end US IT recruitment, sourcing technical talent, understanding US employment terms, and coordinating with hiring managers to fulfill client requirements within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for US IT positions.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, referrals, and networking.
• Screen and evaluate candidates based on technical skills, experience, communication, and cultural fit.
• Conduct initial HR interviews and assess candidate suitability.
• Schedule technical interviews and coordinate with hiring managers and clients.
• Negotiate salary, availability, and joining timelines with candidates.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals.
• Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers in ATS/CRM.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Ensure timely closure of open positions while maintaining quality standards.
• Stay updated on current US IT market trends, technologies, and hiring practices.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment reports.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand hiring priorities and workforce planning.

• QA Automation & Manual Testing
• SAP, Salesforce, Oracle
• AI/ML Engineers
• Business Analysts
• Project Managers
• Infrastructure & IT Support roles

Required Knowledge

• Strong understanding of the US recruitment process.
• Knowledge of US employment types: W2, C2C (Corp-to-Corp), 1099
• Understanding of US work authorization: US Citizen, Green Card, H1B, OPT/CPT, EAD, TN Visa
• Familiarity with US time zones.
• Experience using ATS and recruitment tools.
• Strong Boolean search and sourcing skills.

• Experience recruiting for MSP, VMS, or direct clients is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
