About the Role

Axiom Technologies is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented US IT Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end US IT recruitment, sourcing technical talent, understanding US employment terms, and coordinating with hiring managers to fulfill client requirements within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• ● Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for US IT positions.
• ● Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, referrals, and networking.
• ● Screen and evaluate candidates based on technical skills, experience, communication, and cultural fit.
• ● Conduct initial HR interviews and assess candidate suitability.
• ● Schedule technical interviews and coordinate with hiring managers and clients.
• ● Negotiate salary, availability, and joining timelines with candidates.
• ● Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals.
• ● Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers in ATS/CRM.
• ● Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive candidate experience.
• ● Ensure timely closure of open positions while maintaining quality standards.
• ● Stay updated on current US IT market trends, technologies, and hiring practices.
• ● Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment reports.
• ● Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand hiring priorities and workforce planning.

Required Knowledge

• ● Strong understanding of the US recruitment process.
• ● Knowledge of US employment types:
• ○ W2
• ○ C2C (Corp-to-Corp)
• ○ 1099
• ● Understanding of US work authorization:
• ○ US Citizen
• ○ Green Card
• ○ H1B
• ○ OPT/CPT
• ○ EAD
• ○ TN Visa
• ● Familiarity with US time zones.
• ● Experience using ATS and recruitment tools.
• ● Strong Boolean search and sourcing skills.
