- About Name of BU
- NPS is National Pension System, a retirement solution to be offered to various sectors (namely - Corporate,
- Government, and All citizen model) as defined by the regulator PFRDA.
- Axis Bank is present across all these sectors and onboard a team to cater to the requirement for NPS.
- About the Role
- . Channel Head -Government business shall be responsible for scaling the Government NPS business for PAN India through
- Axis Bank channels and other POPs. The channel head shall also be responsible for managing the P/L for the
- vertical.
- Key Responsibilities
- . Aling with all the Bank channels and develop strong relationships with them for continuous business
- . Review the business periodically and ensure target achievement across the segments.
- . Work on streamlining systems and processes for smooth business.
- . Work with departments like marketing, IT, compliance etc to ensure processes are aligned as per regulatory
- requirement.
- . Train, mentor and motivate team for a long-term career growth in the system.
- Qualifications
- . Postgraduate with 15 years plus experience in sales and marketing function
- Role Proficiencies:
- . Good communication skills and able to conduct presentations.
- . Basic understanding of financial products
- . Confident and quick learner
