Telecaller

We are looking for an experienced Telecaller Executive with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a digital marketing agency or advertising agency. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential clients, qualifying leads, scheduling meetings for the sales team, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

•  Key Responsibilities
• ● Make outbound calls to prospective clients and generate qualified leads.
• ● Explain the companys digital marketing services and solutions.
• ● Schedule meetings and appointments for the business development team.
• ● Follow up with leads through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
• ● Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
• ● Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
• ● Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients.

• ● Minimum 2 years of tele calling experience in a digital marketing agency, advertising agency, or similar service-based industry.
• ● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• ● Understanding of digital marketing services such as SEO, Google Ads, Social Media Marketing, and Website Development.
• ● Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
• ● Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Marathi is preferred.
• ● Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management processes.
• ● Target-oriented with a proactive approach to sales.
