Brief on the Job Position

The Sr. Manager / AVP- Treasury one of the key positions in Ayekart. The objective of the position is to strategize organizational growth through securing debt for the company and its various new and existing projects by exploring, sourcing, developing, negotiating, closing and exiting the investment opportunities and managing fund flow of organisation.

Scope of Work

The primary responsibilities of the Sr. Manager / AVP Treasury will be raising and structuring debt funds from a variety of financial institutions including public sector banks, private sector banks, Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFCs) and Development Financial Institutions. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in securing funding to support our companys growth and expansion plans. She/he will be responsible for undertaking the end-to-end process for fund raising (debt) right from liaising to developing pitch deck, financial projections, business modelling, assessing cost of the investment, due diligence and other legal compliances pertaining to raising fund.

Main Tasks & Responsibilities

Initiate and lead the debt fund raising process for their set of accounts

Drive penetration of various financing channels with existing and new lenders

Create and establish yearly fundraising objectives that align with the companys plan for growth and expansion.

Aiding in the structuring and implementation of structured finance and debt capital market transactions.

Negotiating and executing plain vanilla and structured finance transactions; coordinating with various stakeholders involved in deals.

Develop and execute a comprehensive debt fundraising strategy aligned with the companys objectives.

Identify and cultivate relationships with public sector banks, private sector banks, NBFCs and DFIs to secure debt financing.

Negotiate favorable terms and conditions for debt facilities.

Prepare high-quality loan proposals and presentations to pitch to potential lenders.

Stay updated on market trends, regulations, and competitor activities related to debt financing.

Maintain accurate records of fundraising activities and performance metrics.

Qualifications and Experience

MBA or CA

Proven track record of successfully raising debt funds from public sector banks, private sector banks, and NBFCs.

Strong network and relationships with key decision-makers in the financial industry.

Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Sound understanding of financial markets, banking products, and regulatory requirements.

High level of integrity and professionalism.

Reporting

The Sr. Manager / AVP Treasury shall report to the CFO.

S/He will seek guidance and directions from the Senior Management.
