As we continue to expand, we are seeking a Capital Markets Specialist Sales Engineer based in Bangalore, India. This role demands extensive global travel to engage with clients and partners, showcasing MFunds capabilities to drive success in diverse capital markets environments & forge partner alliances for the product.

Job Title: Capital Markets Specialist Sales Engineer

Location: Bangalore, India

Department: Sales Engineering

Reports To: Head of Sales Engineering

Work Mode: Hybrid (4 days WFO/1 day WFH)

Role Summary: Key Responsibilities

1. Client Engagement

  • Collaborate with sales teams to understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions for their capital market operations.
  • Conduct engaging, high-impact product demonstrations and presentations to global clients.
  • Build trust with stakeholders by aligning technical solutions to business outcomes, often in on-site settings.

2. Solution Design & Technical Expertise

  • Work closely with clients to analyze their workflows, identify challenges, and propose effective solutions.
  • Design and present customized solutions that address complex capital market needs, including trading, portfolio management, and compliance.
  • Create and deliver proof-of-concept (PoC) solutions to demonstrate MFunds applicability in various scenarios.

3. Global Collaboration & Delivery Support

  • Engage with international clients across multiple geographies to understand and address regional nuances and requirements.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to incorporate client feedback into the product roadmap.
  • Support smooth handovers to implementation teams, ensuring exceptional client experiences worldwide.

4. Industry Expertise & Thought Leadership

  • Stay updated on global capital market trends, regulations, and emerging technologies.
  • Represent Azentio at international industry events, webinars, and conferences.
  • Contribute to thought leadership initiatives such as white papers, blogs, and case studies that highlight MFunds impact on capital markets globally.

Required Skills & Qualifications

1. Domain Expertise

  • Deep understanding of capital markets, including equities, fixed income, derivatives, and alternative investments.
  • Familiarity with global trading workflows, settlement processes, and regulatory requirements.

2. Technical Acumen

  • Proficiency in cloud technologies, APIs, and software integration strategies.
  • Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to diverse, multinational audiences.

3. Communication & Solution Design

  • Strong presentation, storytelling, and relationship-building skills in a global context.
  • Experience designing and delivering tailored technical solutions for international clients.

4. Travel & Adaptability

  • Willingness to travel extensively across regions (up to 50%-70% of the time), often on short notice.
  • Ability to adapt to diverse cultural and business environments.

5. Education & Experience

  • Bachelors degree in Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.

    5+ years of experience in a client-facing technical or solution-focused role, preferably in the BFSI sector with global exposure.
