Role Overview:
Seeking a customer-centric Customer Success & Product Support Manager to own customer satisfaction, drive successful product adoption, and ensure timely, high-quality support. This role acts as a critical bridge between customers, product, engineering, and support teams, ensuring customer issues are resolved effectively while continuously improving product quality and customer experience.

- Own customer relationships to ensure successful onboarding, adoption, and long-term retention

- Act as the primary point of contact for key customers
- Understand customer goals and align product usage to achieve measurable outcomes
- Proactively identify risks, escalations, and opportunities for improvement
- Partner with Product Management to influence roadmap and quality improvements
- Collaborate with Engineering and QA to reduce defect leakage and improve release quality
- Drive process improvements across support, documentation, and knowledge management
