Job Description
- Establish an action plan for self and others to complete work efficiently and on time. Ensuring follow-through of plan; Translating strategic priorities into operational reality and concrete actions to offer competitive proposals.
- Lead interdisciplinary, international negotiation teams.
- Performs win-loss analysis.
- Developing and leveraging relationships within/ across teams/ work groups to achieve results; Initiating and maintaining strategic relationships.

- Lead and coordinate the project activities from pre-acquisition phase to bid preparation, bid submission, contract negotiation and finally hand-over to execution team.
- Team player, take initiative, results oriented, excellent communication and networking skills, very structured and the desire to walk the extra mile to close a project.
- Experience with intercultural, multi-location teams.
- Knows how to build up networks and actively listens.
- Communication & Presentation skills and Conflict Management.
- More than 5 years Sales related experience with a track record of successful performance (new orders).
