Key Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end Salesforce Revenue Cloud solutions including CPQ, Billing, and Subscription Management.
- Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and efficient Salesforce solutions.
- Ensure seamless integration between Revenue Cloud and other Salesforce Clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud).
- Lead the configuration, customization, and deployment of Revenue Cloud components.
- Oversee data modelling, pricing structures, and quote-to-cash process automation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (functional consultants, developers, QA, and project managers) to deliver successful implementations.
- Partner with business leaders to understand commercial models, pricing strategies, and subscription management needs.
- Communicate complex technical solutions in business-friendly terms.
- Provide architectural guidance and mentorship to development teams.
- Stay updated on Salesforce Revenue Cloud releases and emerging technologies to recommend continuous improvements.
Qualifications & Skills
- 7+ years of hands-on experience across the Salesforce Platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, etc.)
- 2+ years of Salesforce Revenue Cloud (CPQ and Billing) implementation and support experience
- Strong understanding of Quote-to-Cash processes, pricing models, and subscription lifecycle management

- Proven experience in designing scalable solutions using Salesforce best practices
- Excellent understanding of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWCs), SOQL, and declarative automation tools (Flows, Triggers, etc.)
- Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools
- Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist or Salesforce Revenue Cloud Consultant certification (preferred)
- Salesforce Platform App Builder or System Architect certifications (highly desirable)
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Knowledge of data migration strategies and ETL tools
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies
- Experience working with global teams and multi-cloud environments
