Product Executive (Project Management Executive)

Key Responsibilities

• Project Coordination: Manage the end-to-end coordination of product launches, ensuring alignment with timelines, regulatory requirements, and commercial objectives.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the liaison between business development, operations, supply chain, regulatory, QA, marketing, and finance teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Timeline & Milestone Tracking: Develop and maintain launch project plans, track milestones, and proactively identify and mitigate risks to prevent delays.

• Communication & Reporting: Provide clear and timely updates to senior leadership on launch status, risks, and required decisions.
• Issue Resolution: Escalate and drive resolution of operational or cross-functional issues that may impact launch success.
• Documentation & Compliance: Ensure proper documentation of launch plans, decisions, and actions while supporting compliance with internal and external requirements.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance launch processes, tools, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelors degree in Life Sciences, Business, Operations, or related field (Master’s preferred).

  Get Hired
  5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare industry, with direct involvement in product launches, project management, or operations.
• Strong knowledge of product development, supply chain, and regulatory processes within the pharma sector.
• Proven experience managing cross-functional projects in a global environment.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Asana, or similar).
