Job Description
- As an esteemed EB5 Sales Director at Bai Capital, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our presence in the Indian market. With over 16 years of experience in raising EB-5 capital and a track record of 100% project approval, Bai Capital is a premier Real Estate Developer based in Miami, U.S. We specialize in facilitating U.S. permanent residency through qualified real estate investments for high-net-worth individuals and licensed migration agencies.
In this role, you will be responsible for building the India B2C market from scratch. Your key responsibilities will include setting the strategic vision for EB5 sales and marketing in India, cultivating relationships with migration agents, and serving as a liaison between Indian investors and our U.S. headquarters. Additionally, you will be required to provide thought leadership on EB5 industry dynamics, represent Bai Capital at industry events, and design partner training programs on EB5 structures and regulatory frameworks.
To excel in this role, you should have at least 10 years of experience in EB5, cross-border migration services, or wealth management. You must possess robust relationships with Indian migration agents, sales-oriented mindset, and a deep understanding of EB5 legal requirements and U.S. immigration policies. Strong communication skills in both Indian and English are essential, along with the flexibility to travel extensively across India and comfort in dealing with high net worth individuals.
