Job Description
What role you will play in team: Drive sales growth within the corporate sector by acquiring new clients and expanding existing relationships.
What you will do: Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and generate new revenue streams.
Key responsibility:
- Develop and execute sales strategies targeting corporate clients.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers in corporate organizations.
- Present Bajaj Allianz's general insurance products and services to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Required Qualification and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Insurance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in corporate sales within the general insurance industry.
- Strong understanding of general insurance products and services.
- Proven track record of success in sales and business development.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of IRDAI regulations.
