Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Relationship Manager in Bancassurance located in Rampur Hat. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our bank partners to drive insurance sales. Daily tasks include conducting sales presentations, training bank staff, monitoring sales performance, and developing strategies to achieve sales targets. The role involves regular customer interactions, addressing client queries, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure long-term satisfaction.

• Strong understanding of insurance products and services
• Sales and Marketing skills, including the ability to conduct sales presentations and training sessions
