Front end Business Role Requirement
- Ensure Workshop Profitability
- Ensure sale of Spares & other margin making items
- Maintain and manage a daily record of repairs and services of vehicles undertaken and completed.
- Supervise, manage and monitor automotive service technicians and repairers.
- PDI and warranty Management.
- Monitor workshop Quality and delivery performance parameter such as RV, TAT, manpower training levels etc
- Ensure 100% Customer Satisfaction
- Handle customer escalation & resolve them
- Facilitates and/or conducts technical training and sends employees to appropriate training as needed.
- Monitors technicians daily productivity reports and corresponding payroll records.
- Monitors and follows up on parts orders with the parts manager to ensure availability.
- Initials all repair orders before submitting them to the warranty department, monitoring for sales and hours relative to expectations.
