Credit Risk Officer - Collections

What role you will play in team: Lead and manage a team focused on recovery of overdue payments and minimizing credit losses.

What you will do: You'll oversee collections strategies and ensure timely recovery.

Key responsibility:

• Develop and implement collections strategies and policies.
• Oversee the daily operations of the collections team.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to collections.
• Manage and motivate a team of collection officers.
  
• Work with borrowers to arrange payment plans and resolve issues.
• Report on collection activities and performance to senior management.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Banking, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in debt collection or credit risk management.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
