Internal Controls Specialist

What role you will play in team: You will work closely with our operations and finance teams to design, implement, and maintain effective internal controls across the organization.

What you will do: You will assess risks, develop control procedures, and conduct regular monitoring activities.

Key responsibility:

• Assess risks and identify control deficiencies.
• Design and implement internal control procedures.
• Conduct regular monitoring activities to ensure the effectiveness of controls.
• Document internal control processes and procedures.
  
• Develop and deliver training on internal controls.
• Collaborate with other departments to identify and address control gaps.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in internal controls or compliance.
• Strong understanding of internal control frameworks (e.g., COSO).
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
