Job Role & Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell personal loan products.
Clearly explain product details, eligibility, and benefits to customers.
Follow up with leads and convert them into successful sales.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate call records and customer interaction data.

Eligibility Criteria:
Education: Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred.
Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in sales or telecalling sales (banking/financial products preferred).
