Job Description
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products/services.
- Explain product details, features, and benefits effectively.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve objections confidently.
- Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Maintain records of calls, leads, and conversions in the system.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
- Follow up with existing customers for repeat sales and cross-selling.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing team to maximize revenue.

- Basic knowledge of sales techniques and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle rejections and remain motivated.
- Proficiency in MS Office / CRM software is an added advantage.
- Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline.
- 01 years of experience in telesales, telecalling, or customer service (Freshers are welcome).
- Prior experience in BFSI, telecom, or BPO industry will be preferred.
