Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Training Lead with a strong background in Learning & Development (L&D) and a demonstrated ability to drive strategic training initiatives across diverse functions. The ideal candidate must have at least 10 years of experience in L&D, with a proven track record of managing end-to-end training programs, leading cross-functional projects, and leveraging AI tools to optimize learning outcomes.

This role requires a hands-on leader who thrives in a high-performance, fast-paced environment and is comfortable working long, stretched hours when needed to meet critical deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and manage enterprise-wide training programs aligned with business goals.
  • Drive strategic L&D initiatives, including leadership development, soft skills, technical upskilling, and onboarding programs.
  • Utilize AI-powered learning platforms, tools, and analytics to personalize and optimize learning paths.
  • Collaborate with departmental heads, HRBPs, and SMEs to conduct training needs assessments and design appropriate interventions.
  • Lead and mentor a team of trainers/facilitators and ensure content consistency and delivery excellence.
  • Monitor training effectiveness using Kirkpatricks model or similar evaluation frameworks.
  • Manage vendor relationships, content development partners, and learning technology providers.
  • Drive change management efforts and promote a culture of continuous learning across the organization.
  • Oversee training operations, including budgets, logistics, schedules, and resource allocation.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Proven experience in L&D leadership roles with a strong understanding of adult learning principles.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of AI tools in L&D, such as adaptive learning platforms, AI-driven LMS, learning analytics, or content generation tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Synthesia, EdApp AI).
  • Strong project management skills with experience managing large-scale training rollouts.
  • Proficiency in learning technologies, e-learning design tools (Articulate, Captivate), and LMS platforms (e.g., SuccessFactors, Cornerstone, Moodle).
