Marketing Operations Executive

Role Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Operations Executive to support our marketing team in executing day-to-day operational tasks. This role is ideal for a B.Com graduate or fresher with a passion for marketing execution, commercial coordination, and process management. You will work closely with external vendors and internal teams to manage marketing collaterals, logistics, and documentation, and assist in executing events and campaigns.

Responsibilities

1. Vendor & Collateral Management

Coordinate with vendors for the development and delivery of various marketing collaterals

Visit vendor locations for quality checks and timely project execution

Maintain records of vendor pricing and support onboarding of new vendors

Keep a regular track of marketing collateral inventory

2. Internal Coordination & Documentation

Collaborate with internal departments such as Finance, Supply Chain, and IT for PO generation, payment processing, and documentation

Manage dispatch and distribution of marketing collaterals to stakeholders and customers

3. Event Execution Support

Assist in planning and executing marketing events such as exhibitions, distributor meets, employee engagement activities, and other brand activations

Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure seamless event logistics and timely setup

4. Logistics & Operational Support

Handle logistics for collaterals and event materials

Ensure timely delivery and adherence to branding and quality standards

5. Learning & Cross-functional Support

Support other ongoing marketing initiatives and campaigns as required

Show a willingness to learn across marketing functions including content, digital, and design

Maintain basic knowledge of tools like MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Canva

Qualifications

BMS/BBA/B.Com graduate (freshers welcome)

Basic understanding of offline marketing collaterals, commercial documentation, and vendor coordination

Proficiency in MS Excel and working knowledge of design tools

Strong communication, coordination, and time management skills

Willingness to travel locally for vendor visits and event support
