Junior Financial Analyst - Bajaj Finance

What role you will play in team: You will be a vital member of our financial planning and analysis team, supporting senior analysts in forecasting and budgeting activities. You'll contribute to the development of financial models and assist in presenting insights to management.

What you will do: You will help build and maintain financial models and work closely with business units to understand their performance. You will support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

Key responsibility:

• Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial reports.
• Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting and budgeting.
• Analyze financial data and identify trends and variances.
• Prepare presentations summarizing key financial performance indicators.

  Support the annual budgeting process.
• Collaborate with various departments to collect and analyze data.
• Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives within the finance department.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling software.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of financial statements and accounting principles is a plus.
