Junior Financial Analyst - Corporate FP&A

What role you will play in team: You will be part of a dynamic team responsible for forecasting and planning financial performance within Bajaj's corporate finance department. You'll assist senior analysts in preparing financial reports and contribute to strategic decision-making.

What you will do: You will support the team by gathering financial data, performing analysis, and contributing to presentations and reports. Your work will directly impact the accuracy of financial forecasts and the effectiveness of financial planning initiatives.

Key responsibility:

• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial forecasts.
• Gather and analyze financial data from various sources.
• Prepare financial reports and presentations for management.
• Support the budgeting process and assist in variance analysis.
• Develop financial models and conduct sensitivity analysis.
• Assist in ad-hoc financial analysis projects.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling software.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• 0-1 year of experience in a corporate finance setting preferred.
