Loan Recovery Officer

What role you will play in team: You'll work with a dedicated team to recover outstanding loan amounts and maintain a healthy loan portfolio.

What you will do: You'll contact borrowers, negotiate repayment plans, and ensure timely recovery of overdue payments.

Key responsibility:

• Contact borrowers with overdue loan payments via phone, email, and in-person visits.
• Negotiate repayment plans and work with borrowers to establish feasible payment schedules.
• Maintain accurate records of all communication and payment arrangements.
• Prepare and submit regular reports on recovery progress.

• Identify and escalate potential legal issues or fraud cases.
• Work within legal and ethical guidelines to recover outstanding loan amounts.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 0-1 year of experience in customer service or collections is preferred.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
