We serve clients across food industries, hotels, manufacturing units, and institutions to ensure safety, hygiene, and regulatory compliance.
Role Description

We are looking for a dynamic and responsible General Staff Member to support our audit, documentation, and field operations. The role involves basic computer work, market visits, and assisting senior consultants and pest control operators.
Key Responsibilities
Perform basic computer operations such as data entry, Excel updates, report formatting, and printing.
Assist in ISO, FSSC, and legal documentation for clients.
Support audit and pest control teams during field visits.
Conduct market roaming for supplier follow-ups, material collection, and client coordination.
Maintain record files, reports, and inventory of materials and tools.
Ensure proper communication and timely task completion as per company instructions.
Follow company SOPs and maintain discipline, hygiene, and professionalism.
Qualifications

Minimum Graduate in any stream.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PDF, Printing).
Comfortable with fieldwork and market visits.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Punctual, honest, and willing to learn.
Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
