True Credits - Senior Manager - Compliance

Job description:
- Responsible for ensuring compliances of all RBI and regulatory provisions applicable to NBFC.
- Implement and strengthen robust Compliance Framework.
- Preparation of notes for Board on these regulatory requirements
- Interpretation, study and market practice on various business activities.
- Tracking regulatory circulars and giving regular feedback to the respective functions on the regulations/ directives regarding their function.
- Preparation and review of all NBFC applicable internal regulations, policies and procedures, action plan etc.

- Ensuring preparation of Return and Report; timely filing of forms;
- Attending and preparing replies to RBI's email and their inspection report.
- Provide continuous assistance in various business deals and understanding of compliance.
- Coordination with internal departments to ensure compliance; Vetting of legal documents and advising on matters from the compliance perspective.
- Liaisoning with legal and regulatory authorities.
Qualification: LLB/ CS/ CA/ MBA
Desired Candidate profile and experience:
- 3+ years of experience in the compliance role, especially in Banks/ NBFCs.
- Willingness to work with a start-up in a dynamic/ challenging environment.
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritise and manage workload, manage simultaneous tasks.
- Experience in PPI Industry will be an added advantage.
Core competencies:
- Expert with Excel, Power Point, Word and equivalent product suite from Google.
- Good Interpersonal Skills - Should be able to interact with a wide scope of stakeholders.
