- You will be working at First Source in multiple Line of Businesses (LOBs) with different job roles and responsibilities. Here is a brief overview of the available positions:
A) Sky Q Broadband Tech Support (UK Shift):
- You will be providing technical support for broadband services in the UK Shift.
- The work schedule includes 5 days working with 2 rotational offs.
- A one-way free drop facility will be provided.
- Freshers can expect a take-home salary of 23k, while experienced candidates with a minimum of 6 months in International Customer Support can earn up to 27k.
- The location for this role is Brookfield.
B) Sky Business Broadband/ Telecom Customer Support (Blended Process) (UK Shift):
- You will be handling customer support for broadband and telecom services in the UK Shift.
- The job entails 5 days working with 2 rotational offs.
- Both-way cab facility and one-way free drop will be provided.
- Freshers and experienced candidates with a minimum of 6 months in International Customer Support can earn salaries ranging from 23k to 27k.
- The location for this position is Brookfield.
C) Telstra Broadband/ Telecom Customer Support (Australian Shift):
- You will provide customer support for broadband and telecom services in the Australian Shift.
- The job includes 5 days working with 2 rotational offs.
- Freshers can earn a take-home salary of 23k, while experienced candidates with a minimum of 6 months in International Customer Support can earn up to 25k.
- The location for this role is Brookfield.
D) Economist UK Magazine Customer Support (Chat Process) (UK Shift):
- You will be handling customer support for a UK magazine through chat in the UK Shift.
- The work schedule consists of 5 days working with 2 rotational offs.
- A one-way free drop facility will be provided.
- Freshers and experienced candidates with a minimum of 6 months in International Customer Support can earn salaries ranging from 23k to 25k.
- The location for this role is Brookfield.
E) Now Chat First Source Anish & Arun Broadband Customer Support (Chat Process) (UK Shift):
- You will be providing customer support for broadband services through chat in the UK Shift.
- The job involves 5 days working with 2 rotational offs.
- A one-way free drop facility will be provided.
- Freshers can expect a take-home salary of 21k, while experienced candidates with a minimum of 6 months in International Chat process can earn up to 23k.
- The location for this role is Brookfield.
F) SKY SUV Upselling Voice:
- This role involves upselling Sky SUV services with a requirement of good communication skills.

- The interview process includes HR, AMCAT, and Ops rounds.

- All positions require candidates to have excellent communication skills.
- Master graduates and B.E/ B.Tech freshers are not eligible for these roles.
