Job Description
- As a Customer Support Executive in the Health Care Process, you will be based in Bellandur, Bangalore, and work in rotational US shifts with 5 days on and 2 days off. You will have access to one-way cab transportation between 8 PM to 6 AM within a 25 km radius. To be eligible for this role, you should have a PUC or Graduate qualification and a minimum of 6 months of experience in international voice process, excluding domestic, AR caller, or non-voice roles. Proficiency in English communication is essential, and immediate joiners are preferred.
