Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Executive located in ALUVA. The Field Executive will be responsible for conducting field visits to clients, assessing client needs, promoting banking and NBFC products, and collecting relevant documents. The Field Executive will also be responsible for maintaining records, generating reports, and ensuring high levels of customer service.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Client management and customer service skills
- Basic knowledge of banking and NBFC products
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in local language and familiarity with the local area
- Experience in banking or NBFC sector is a plus
- Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, or related field
