HR Manager

What role you will play in team: Lead and manage all aspects of the HR function for a fast-growing digital marketing agency.

What you will do: Develop and implement HR strategies, manage employee relations, oversee recruitment, and ensure compliance with employment laws.

Key responsibility:

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process.
• Oversee employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Manage employee relations, resolving conflicts and addressing employee concerns.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
• Manage HR budgets and resources.
• Develop and implement performance management systems.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Master's degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in HR management, with experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with HRIS systems.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
