What role you will play in team: You will be a key player in finding top talent for our growing digital marketing agency.

What you will do: You will source, screen, and interview candidates for various marketing roles.

Key responsibility:

• Sourcing candidates through various channels, including online job boards and social media.
• Screening resumes and conducting initial phone interviews.
• Conducting in-person or video interviews.
• Managing the candidate pipeline and tracking progress.
• Extending job offers and managing the onboarding process.
• Building and maintaining relationships with candidates.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the marketing industry.
• Strong understanding of social media recruiting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
