What role you will play in team: You will be a part of our dynamic HR team, focusing solely on talent acquisition for our rapidly growing digital marketing agency.
What you will do: You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for candidates and hiring managers.
Key responsibility:
- Developing and implementing recruitment strategies.
- Sourcing candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, etc.).
- Screening resumes and conducting initial phone interviews.
- Coordinating interviews with hiring managers.
- Extending job offers and managing onboarding processes.
- Tracking key metrics and providing recruitment reports.
Required Qualification and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in recruitment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Knowledge of various sourcing techniques.
