HR Recruiter

What role you will play in team: You will be a part of our dynamic HR team, focusing solely on talent acquisition for our rapidly growing digital marketing agency.

What you will do: You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for candidates and hiring managers.

Key responsibility:

• Developing and implementing recruitment strategies.
• Sourcing candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, etc.).
• Screening resumes and conducting initial phone interviews.
• Coordinating interviews with hiring managers.
  
• Extending job offers and managing onboarding processes.
• Tracking key metrics and providing recruitment reports.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in recruitment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
