HR Recruiter

What role you will play in team: You will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment for our growing digital marketing agency, focusing on creative and tech roles.

What you will do: You will source candidates, conduct interviews, and manage the offer process, ensuring a positive experience for candidates.

Key responsibility:

• Source candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, networking).
• Screen resumes and conduct phone interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications.
• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for open positions.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Extend job offers and handle onboarding processes.
• Maintain accurate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field.
• 0-1 year of experience in recruitment, preferably in a digital marketing or technology company.
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
