HR Recruitment Executive

What role you will play in team: You'll be a key member of our HR team, focusing specifically on recruitment activities. You will work closely with hiring managers to source and screen candidates.

What you will do: You will manage the full recruitment cycle, from initial sourcing to offer acceptance, for various roles within the agency.

Key responsibility:

• Developing and implementing recruitment strategies.
• Sourcing candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, networking).
• Screening resumes and conducting phone interviews.
• Scheduling and conducting in-person or video interviews.
• Managing the offer process, including salary negotiations and background checks.
• Maintaining accurate records of all recruitment activities in an ATS.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in recruitment.
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter and other social media platforms.
