Experience: Anything ranging between 5 to 15 years as the compensation band our offer range will be between 10L to 18L, depending upon the persons current experience and salary, for which we will give a decent hike for this change.

Get Hired

- Hands-on PowerPoint and Excel expertise with data analysis and reporting
- Fair English communication both written & verbal, with the ability to draft communications
- Ability to facilitate induction presentations or general engagement programmes both physical and virtual
- Comes from either the Pharma domain experience or from any FMCG or Sales HR experience
Role & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for end-to-end ELC management for an independent Business Unit
- Familiar to manage HR responsibilities as HRBP for a business size of 300+ in Field
- Hands-on experience in Hiring, IJP Management, familiar with ER handling of Domestic Inquiry with external IO.
- Drive HRConnect forums and ensure various initiatives to help engage & retain talent
- Partner with field leaders to drive the BU and HR agenda
