We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Manager of Finance & Accounts to lead our financial operations. This role is crucial in ensuring the financial health of our projects and supporting our strategic initiatives in automation and solution design.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all finance and accounting activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for IT projects.
- Manage project financials, including cost control, pricing strategies, and profitability analysis to ensure project success.
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable insights to senior management on financial performance and project budgets.
- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to safeguard company assets.
- Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between financial goals and project outcomes.
- Monitor cash flow and working capital, making recommendations for improving financial efficiency.
- Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors to ensure compliance with financial regulations.
Qualifications:
- Professional qualification as an MBA-Finance, Cost Accountant (ICWA), etc
- Minimum 5-10 years of finance and accounting experience, preferably within the IT Integrator or automation and solution providing sectors.
- Strong understanding of project finance and accounting principles, including cost management and budgeting.
- Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems, with advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
