Job Description
Job Title: Manager / Senior Manager - L&D
Location: Mumbai (Candidates from Mumbai & nearby districts only)
Experience: Minimum10 years in L&D
Skills & Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience with assessment and development centres, including design, facilitation, and feedback.
- Certification in relevant areas such as Training Delivery, Instructional Design, Psychometric Tools, etc. is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and modern learning technologies.
- Proven track record of designing and delivering high-impact learning interventions.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong stakeholder management capabilities, with an ability to collaborate across levels.
- Proven vendor management and project execution capabilities.
- Willingness to travel across multiple locations for stakeholder engagement and program execution.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry will be an added advantage.

- Design, develop, and implement multi-channel learning programs that are aligned with functional and leadership requirements.
- Manage end-to-end execution of L&D initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and consistent delivery quality.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, leveraging data and insights to improve learning outcomes and demonstrate ROI.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning through innovative campaigns, digital content, experiential learning, and coaching.
- Lead the adoption, governance, and analytics of the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring robust learning data management.
- Develop high-quality learning campaigns and communications to maximize program reach and engagement.
- Design and manage assessment and development centres to support high-potential identification, leadership readiness, and individual growth.
- Drive implementation of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) initiatives, including the design and delivery of relevant training and awareness programs.
- Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships to ensure cross-functional alignment and effective implementation of initiatives.
- Manage external learning and assessment vendors, ensuring cost-effective and high-impact partnerships.
