Warehouse -Executive

To guarantee the timely completion of the MIGO process for all incoming goods in the warehouse, within specified lead time.

• Efficient coordination with internal stakeholders is crucial for the seamless management of MMN plant operations.
• Ensuring warehouse safety is of paramount importance, and strict adherence to plant Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) requirements is imperative.
• Ensuring Proper material segregation storage concept.
• To enhance warehouse safety and ensure 100% compliance with WSA (Warehouse Safety Assessment) standards,
• Regularly reviewing the daily production plan is essential to guarantee the seamless flow of materials from MMN to the MWC for efficient coating operations.
• Ensuring the on-time posting of pick lists issued by various production floors is crucial for maintaining a streamlined and efficient workflow.

• Manage Implant operation team for smooth material transactions (Receipts, Put away, Picking and internal movement).
• Responsible person to ensuring compliance with Quality Management System in line with Warehouse requirements (Customer & Certification audits)
• End to End follow up of all logistic activities. (Internal & External)
• Coordinate with Buyer, Exim team to ensure ON time and smooth MIGO process for Imports RM - Precious Metal.
• Do the periodic audit to ensure the documentation and inventory control.
• Responsible for Raw Material Stock count & reconciliation.
• Creation of documents Delivery challan, E-Waybill in SAP (Direct and In-Direct material movement).
• Well awareness of GST & Other statutory requirements.
• Handling of NCM process for Inbound materials.
  

Education: Any Degree. Preference: Material Management Course
Experiences: At least 3 to 4 years of professional experience in Supply Chain – Warehouse function either manufacturing or Trading Industry.
System Knowledge: Well awareness of SAP – P2P & WH Modules Well exposure to work in Microsoft tool – Excel, Word & PPT
